Full time position available with a disaster restoration company.
Project coordinator needed to schedule all required trades and co-ordinate in house staff with Project Manager and to ensure jobs run smoothly and are completed within required timelines.

General Accountabilities: * Ensure initial contact is made with customer.

  • Work with Project Manager to schedule the jobs from emergency to completion of project including internal staff and sub-trades.
  • Liaison between Project Manager and Subtrades.
  • Distribute daily work orders and required paperwork (monitoring forms, hazard assessment, scopes etc)
  • Download job photos and upload into required programs (Restore365, Xactanalysis, Gore Claims, GCNA etc).
  • Enter notes in Xactanalysis when required.
  • Ensure all applicable Compliance and Job Tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensure all paperwork is submitted by production staff on a daily basis.
  • Enter information from work orders into Restore365. Use follow up notes to create next day work orders.
  • Upload inventory lists from Encircle.
  • Enter/remove equipment on jobs in required systems daily as needed and ensure Drytrack is used on every water emergency.
  • Enter labour into Restore daily to ensure job costing is up to date.
  • Schedule all appointments with the customer including but not limited to plumbers, electricians, carpet installers etc and keep customers updated within a 30min timeframe. If our arrival exceeds the time set contact the customer with an update.
  • Schedule flooring installations with preferred vendors once ICC Validations are received.
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure materials are ordered and delivered to site before the start of the job whenever possible.
  • Conduct monthly workplace inspections, communicate safety talks to staff and ensure all health & safety inspections and paperwork are completed.

  • Grade 12, post secondary an asset

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, overtime after 44 hours as required. Weekly pay. Wage negotiable based on experience.
