What You’ll Do

As a senior member of our Commercial Real Estate Lending team, you’ll use your regional book of business to originate and close loans. Duties will also include:

• Build a network of Commercial Real Estate owners
• Initiate discussions with owners when they need financing
• Move loans through to application stage
• Develop strong working relationships that will lead to future business
• Work with company marketing to develop strategies to support building a solid network of commercial owners and advisors

What We’ll Love About You

• 2+ years of Commercial origination experience
• Demonstrated success as an originator
• Solid understanding of credit analysis, underwriting and commercial lending
• Track record of success in sourcing and closing $500k – $10 mm in commercial loans
• An existing network of relationships
• Strong sales ability, persuasiveness, solutions-based selling
• Highly drive, focused, self-motivated
