Looking to become a Manufacturing Supervisor in BC? Rubicon HR is looking for Manufacturing Supervisors for a network of production plants.

Requirements:

• Ability to deal with employees in a union environment.
• Related Experience with a WMS.
• Strong Computer skills – Excel, Word
• Good organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Strong people skills. A positive attitude is a must.

Primary Responsibilities (and not limited to):

• Work and report directly with the Production Manager.
• Manage the flow of work and crew on the Evening Shift.
• Making sure production is running efficiently.
• Documenting Shift Performance.
• Making sure Food Safety Policies are followed.
• Creating Production related SOPS
• Performing Annual reviews/Disciplining and evaluating staff.
